Pulled from Shiatsu, Thai, dance, yoga, personal training, physical therapy and sports stretches, and from time to time combined with poignant pressure to just the right places, restores your muscles to their natural resting length, relaxes and transforms you back to a more buoyant you. Relieve tight muscles, tension holding patterns and blocked joints so you can feel more spring in your step and enjoy greater freedom during movement. Please wear loose comfortable clothing to your Table Stretch appointment.
