Thai Massage (Nuad bo rarn) has been practiced in Thailand for approximately 2500 years. Credit for Thai massage is currently given to Shivago Komarpaj, a famous Indian doctor and personal physician of the Buddha and Magadha king. Thai Massage is based on the theory that the body is made up of 72,000 sen, or pathways for energy travel, of which 10 hold top priority. Thai Massage, like Shiatsu, uses gentle liberating stretches and nurturing pressure along these meridians in order to boost and support health and wellness. Pressure along meridians is adapted to your pressure needs. Please wear loose comfortable clothing to your Thai Massage appointment.
