With an extensive physical history starting with climbing trees, competing in track and field and inline skating, getting my BA in Dance from New York University and adding a career in the teaching fitness classes and personal training in the fitness industry, I can do many things for you. I can clarify your understanding of posture, alignment and breathing; correct your physical rehab exercises and weight lifting form; analyze and advise on your workout program, teach you exercises and stretches, give you images to assist in your physical goals, and share with you what I know about mind/body medicine.
